Twenty-nine seniors at St. Mary's high school, Westphalia, received diplomas at commencement exercises held Tuesday evening. Fr. Joseph R. Byrne, former pastor of St. Mary's, addressed the graduates. Honored with awards presented by Fr. Aloysius H. Miller were Angela Bohr, valedictorian; Elizabeth Geller and Janet Keilen, co-salutatorians; Mary Ellen Thelen, religion; Gladys Harr, citizenship; Monica Rademacher, commercial excellence; William Koster and Angela Bohr, music.
